Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 2026-05-21
LinkActivate is a body-motion-capture product developed by MasonX / TimeToRaid. Our community feature (model sharing, comments, creator profiles, bookmarks) is subject to the following child safety standards. This document is provided in accordance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 1.2 and 5.1.1 and applicable child safety regulations.
1. Minimum Age
LinkActivate's community feature requires users to be 13 years or older. By registering and using the community feature, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that data promptly.
Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 has registered an account should contact us immediately at masonx@timetoraid.com so we can take appropriate action.
2. Content Moderation Policy
All user-generated content on the LinkActivate community platform is subject to moderation. We maintain the following content standards:
Prohibited content includes:
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content involving minors (CSAM or near-CSAM).
- Content that exploits, abuses, or endangers the safety or wellbeing of children.
- Grooming behavior — any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for exploitative purposes.
- Sharing, soliciting, or displaying personal information (name, address, phone number, school) of minors.
- Content that normalizes, glorifies, or trivializes violence or abuse directed at children.
- Any content designed to circumvent these protections or to evade moderation.
Enforcement:
- Violations result in immediate content removal.
- Severe violations (CSAM, exploitation) result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
- Repeated violations result in permanent account bans.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests related to child safety.
3. User Reporting
We provide multiple channels for users to report inappropriate content or abusive behavior:
In-app reporting (iOS/Android — available in a future update): Users can tap the "Report" / "举报" button on any post, comment, or user profile to submit a report. The report is reviewed by our moderation team.
Web reporting: Users can report content via the "举报" button on any community post or profile page on the LinkActivate website.
Direct contact: For urgent reports involving child safety, contact us directly:
- Abuse contact email: masonx@timetoraid.com
Report fields include: reason category (inappropriate content / child safety / spam / harassment / copyright), and optional description. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. In-app reporting requires a signed-in account (so we can prevent abuse-of-reporting). If you cannot sign in (e.g., reporting on behalf of a minor, or your account is locked), email the abuse contact above and we will accept the report.
We review all reports and apply moderation action within the SLA defined in Section 6.
4. User Blocking
Users can block other users via the "Block" / "拉黑" button on any user profile or post. Blocking:
- Prevents the blocked user's content from appearing in the blocker's community feed.
- Prevents the blocked user from viewing the blocker's profile (future update).
- Is reversible — the blocker can unblock at any time from their account settings.
Blocking does not notify the blocked user. This protects users — including minors — from retaliation.
5. No Direct Messaging
LinkActivate does not support private or direct user-to-user messaging. All user interaction occurs on public posts and comments that are visible to all users and our moderation team. This design choice eliminates a primary vector for grooming and private harassment. We have no plans to add direct messaging to the platform.
6. Removal SLA
Upon receiving a report, we review and act within the following timeframes:
| Severity | SLA | |----------|-----| | Critical — CSAM, child exploitation, child endangerment | Immediately upon detection or first business day after report receipt | | High — Grooming, harassment targeting minors, doxxing | Within 24 hours of report receipt | | Standard — Age-inappropriate content, spam, off-topic | Within 48 hours of report receipt |
We notify the reporter of the outcome of their report when technically feasible.
Proactive detection: in addition to user reports, we conduct periodic manual reviews of recently published community content, prioritizing new accounts and accounts flagged by automated filters.
7. Compliance Contact
For inquiries from regulators, child safety organizations, law enforcement, or government authorities:
Contact: masonx@timetoraid.com
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, US)
- UK Children's Code (Age Appropriate Design Code)
- China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) — provisions relating to the protection of minors' personal information
- Apple App Store Review Guidelines 1.2, 5.1.1 (UGC safety requirements)
We will cooperate with NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) CyberTipline as required by law.
This policy is reviewed and updated at least annually, or whenever material changes to community features are shipped.
