Camera Can't See My Full Body
Use a Smartphone as Your Camera
If you don’t want to buy additional equipment, the easiest solution is to use a smartphone with apps like iVCam
(https://www.e2esoft.com/ivcam/) to turn your phone into a webcam. Using the rear wide-angle lens in vertical orientation usually captures your full body in most situations.
How To Use iVCam On OBS - ZERO LATENCY With A Cell Phone Webcam is POSSIBLE
Important Setting:
Please double-check the options I recommended for using your phone as a webcam, even if you don't use iVCam.

Rotate Your Existing Webcam Vertically
If your current webcam has decent quality and you have a way to mount it vertically, simply rotate it 90°. Then, click the camera icon in The Link’s main interface to rotate the image left or right as needed.

Buy a Wide-Angle Webcam
Just like smartphones, how much a webcam can capture depends on whether it supports a wide-angle view.
Buying a wide-angle webcam lets you stand much closer and still fit your whole body in the frame. You can search for any wide-angle webcam on Amazon or eBay.
Recommendation from users:
NexiGo N980P

Many users report great results with the NexiGo N980P. It costs around $54, supports 720p at 60 FPS, and has a 120° field of view—ideal for full-body tracking even in smaller spaces.
⚠️ Note: Cameras with extremely wide-angle lenses may cause obvious image distortion, which can negatively affect tracking accuracy. A 120° wide-angle lens with rotation support is sufficient for nearly all gaming scenarios.
Alternative: No Walk Recognition – Use Only Half-Body + Custom Movement
The Link is highly customizable.
In theory, you can design your own movement system using Hitboxes + Gestures, even if only your upper or lower body is in the frame.
As long as your leg lifts into view, The Link can recognize the leg pose and trigger a key press.
You cannot use walk recognition, and the Set virtual screen air in Wrist to Cursor needs to be readjust.
You don’t need the show player position guide if you only film half-body. You also don't need to keep the camera at knee height.

⚠️ Keep in mind: filming only half of your body isn’t the intended way to use The Link. But if you only have a laptop and want to jump into motion gaming right away, it might be a good starting point.
