If you're using a camera (not a phone) and the video stutters or has severe latency after launching The Link:

Search Windows for the Camera app, open its settings, and check whether Windows has forced the resolution to 1080p or higher. The Link recommends a resolution of 720p 60fps.

Some cameras that normally run at 60fps may be locked to 30fps due to a faulty USB cable or adapter.

If you find it genuinely hard to line up with the silhouette, adjust the camera's tilt angle so that the person's feet align with the bottom edge of the frame.
